mobile: The phone number that is connected to the WhatsApp account. Please paste in the format “49xxxxxxxx” Without 0 or +.
Message: This message is suggested to the customer when they click on the button and their WhatsApp opens. It is then already in his chat input window and he just has to press send.
Please avoid umlauts in the format “I+want+a+advice” i.e. + characters instead of spaces.
