Which events are triggered on Qualimero?

Which events are triggered on Qualimero?

Depending on selected digital employees, Qualimero offers various events in the funnel, which can be used to track performance.

All events have UTM parameters, URL parameters and ClickIDs such as FBCLID and GCLID

The funnels are set up with the following events:

Webchat

WebBubble Loaded

The customer visits the page and the web widget code is loaded. If the WebWidget is positioned behind a cookie banner, the event is only triggered when the cookies have been accepted.

Click WebChat

The customer clicked the WebBubble. The event is also triggered when the chat automatically opens thanks to the AutoOpen feature.

Agent Started

The customer sent the first message.

Link View (only for product advice)

The customer has received suggestions for products.

Link click (only for product advice)

The customer clicked on one of the products.

Agent Completed (only for Leadgen/Recruiting)

The customer provided all information and a lead was successfully generated.

Whatsapp

There are 2 different ways to get started with WhatsApp:

Due to technical restrictions imposed by Meta, tracking on WhatsApp only works via a request ID, which is sent in the first WhatsApp message.

Option 1: The customer clicks on the WhatsApp button in the WebWidget

WebBubble Loaded

The customer visits the page and the web widget code is loaded. If the WebWidget is positioned behind a cookie banner, the event is only triggered when the cookies have been accepted.

WhatsApp Click

The customer clicked on the web widget and WhatsApp opens.

Lead Created

The customer sent the first message via WhatsApp. From here on, events automatically have the customer's telephone number.

Agent Started

The Ki responded to the first message and the customer sent the 2 messages.

Link View (only for product advice)

The customer has received suggestions for products.

Link click (only for product advice)

The customer clicked on one of the products.

Agent Completed (only for Leadgen/Recruiting)

The customer provided all information and a lead was successfully generated.

Option 2: The customer clicks on a WhatsApp button that is placed on the website. Alternatively, this also works with QR codes.
