Kevin Lücke

Kevin Lücke is CTO and co-founder of Qualimero. With a degree in Computer Science and over 15 years of experience as CTO and CPO at high-growth tech companies — including HAPPYCAR, claimsforce, and kitchX — he brings deep expertise in scalable software architecture and product development. At Qualimero, Kevin designs the entire AI architecture: from RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration to AI governance, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks measuring task success rate, latency, and cost per interaction. His systems process hundreds of thousands of consultation conversations per month for clients like Neudorff, Lubera, and Rasendoktor — whose AI consultant won the Austrian Retail Innovation Award 2025. Qualimero reached the Top 12 finals of the Telekom T-Challenge 2025 out of 450 international startups.
